The broadway house has been a work in progress for a little over two years. Many evenings and weekends Craig has slaved away to make a castle out of this house. The laundry room is near complete, the kitchen has been transformed from three small rooms into one elegant kitchen with everything a person could ever need. The current project is the upstairs. Going from a two bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom the upstairs will now consist of a master bedroom, spacious bathroom, and a spare bedroom. Walls have been torn down and then replaced in more ideal locations. The plumming is being transferred from one room to the next, and sanding sanding sanding will never end. To see the upstairs now, I can picture my bed, and a soaking tub, and maybe even a little kids room-in the future(let's not get ahead of ourselves) It has come a long way, but has a long way to go.
